In the second quarter of 2024, the Idle RPG category on Android saw varying performances from its top contenders. Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the trends for five popular titles in this genre.

Legend of Mushroom experienced a downward trend in both revenue, from $26K to around $12K, and downloads, dropping from 6.8K to just over 400. However, weekly active users peaked at nearly 40K in mid-May before settling to around 38K by the end of June.

Overmortal showed an initial increase in revenue, peaking at $3.5K in late April, but eventually declined to just under $2K by the end of June. Downloads remained relatively low, fluctuating between 96 and 248. Weekly active users saw a slight increase, reaching 890 in mid-June from an initial 838.

For Idle Heroes - 8th Anniversary, the revenue trend was somewhat erratic, starting at $2.4K and ending the quarter at around $1.9K. Downloads saw a high point of 326 in mid-May but generally hovered around the low 200s. Active user counts were highest at the start of the quarter with 9.1K but showed a decrease to 7.7K by late June.

Isekai:Slow Life also saw a decline in revenue, from $1.8K to $609, and in downloads, which peaked at 514 in mid-April and fell to 123 by the quarter's end. Weekly active users showed a similar downtrend, from 6K to just over 5K.

Lastly, Pixel Heroes: Tales of Emond had an inconsistent revenue pattern, ending the quarter at $961 after a low of $597 in mid-May. Downloads spiked to 1.1K in late April but dropped to less than 100 in late May, with a resurgence to 844 in the final week of June. Active user data for this title was not provided.
